Delta Facilities Management part of Compass Group Australia offers maintenance an d construction services to a diverse range of sectors, in almost any geographic location, at any stage of a project.

The Position

We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Support Administrator to assist with our national planning and systems department. Based at our office in Cannon Hill, you will be responsible for providing effective support and guidance to onside Delta FM, Office staff and sometimes clients. The position is a 38-hour week, Monday to Friday, located in modern offices close to public transport.

Key Duties

  • Provide support by scheduling resources across sites as directed
  • Entry of works orders; chasing overdue orders and investigating delays
  • Entry of weekly timesheets to ensure prompt payment of staff
  • Keep in contact with sub-contractors on our PSL
  • Keep Supplier, Contractor and Client invoicing up to date
  • Conduct analysis and report on work order activities, trade utilisation and KPIs
  • Collect and complete asset register information
  • Generation of maintenance work packs
  • Be our Delta systems expert
  • Deliver systems training in person or remotely to new staff members
  • Assist with mobilisations, by setting up maintenance offices and workflows as required
  • Attend operational, health and safety meetings as required
  • Travel to local and remote sites as needed to provide mobilisation for support
  • Work across a national team
  • Provide suggestions for service and systems improvements

  • Experience with databases and reporting systems
  • Knowledge of Pronto is desirable
  • Experience of working in a maintenance office is desirable
