    The Position

We are currently seeking an experienced Hard FM Operations Manager to manage the Hard FM contract and subcontractors. 

Key Duties:

  • Monitor financial activities against budget and allocate budget resources
  • Liaise with sub-contractors on all aspects of the contract inclusive of performance management and training
  • Understand the scope of work required, including the contract and sub contractor terms and conditions
  • Work with commercial manager to manage sub contractor invoicing requirements
  • Ensure sub-contractor meets compliance with Client and Legislative requirements
  • Understand role in Client retention
  • Drive the team to understand the importance of client and / or customer focus, and deliver end user satisfaction
  • Implement and monitor a procedure for identifying and assessing Environmental Risks on site
  • Establish and implement asset management systems
  • Implement and manage a continuous improvement process
  • Adhere to health, safety and security procedures

The Person

  • Team player and able to work autonomously
  • Experience Developing and maintaining systems and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level attention to detail
  • Understanding of legal contract terms
  • Strong time management and proactive approach
  • Excellent client relationship skills
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of facilities maintenance programs and practices
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in an outsourced FM environment
  • Relevant technical or trade qualification
