We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join a global financial services company. Based in the CBD, their modern office has breathtaking views of the harbour and is close to public transport. As the first point of contact at a global organisation this role plays a critical part in the business.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a professional Corporate Receptionist to partner with the Corporate Client Floor team to provide seamless clients services. The client floor comprises of their corporate reception team, client café and experienced catering team providing executive dining services.

This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys all aspects of a Reception and possesses a genuine client focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting of clients and staff
  • Managing incoming calls
  • Management of meeting room bookings
  • Assisting with video and teleconferencing setup
  • Assisting with events
  • Assisting with administration tasks 

Key Requirements

  • To secure this amazing opportunity you will have a professional and approachable manner, be confident in dealing with senior executives and have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Applicants with a minimum of 3 years-experience in a similar corporate reception capacity or experience gained in a front office environment within a five start hotel will be highly regarded
  • You will have intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, immaculate presentation and a clear telephone manner
  • Ability to work well in a team based environment, sharing the load with the client floor team

This is a permanent full time opportunity with split shifts, 7:30am to 6:00pm cover business hours and flexibility may be needed to fit in with events.
