The Position

We currently have fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Administrator to join our motivated and enthusiastic remote administration team at ESS Eureka Village. This team works together to achieve constant client and customer satisfaction. This role will be responsible for the accommodation and flight bookings for the village residents and staff, roster assistance and payroll processing… just to name a few! Our ESS Site Administrators are our “go to people” with a wealth of knowledge and juggle multiple tasks while keeping calm and collected.

The Role

  • Action accommodation and flight booking requests for village residents and staff
  • Rostering
  • Payroll processing
  • Front of house reception
  • Answering site telephone calls and actioning appropriately
  • Use of Microsoft Office systems (especially email and calendar management)

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience using SAMS Management Software program is highly advantageous
  • Experience in, or the ability to utilise Compass administration processes, procedures and programmes such as Payglobal, Myservice, Converga, Micros and Myinventory
  • Intermediate / advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, fast and accurate data entry (particularly Power Point/Word/Excel)
  • Superior Microsoft Outlook (email) skills including calendar management.
  • Maintain a positive team culture
  • Demonstrated capacity for absolute confidentiality
  • Comply with work practices and appropriate HACCP guidelines.
