The Position

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Administrator for our head office offshore team. The role involves administration & customer service across all aspects of the business.

 Key requirements:

  • Data Entry and processing invoices
  • Assisting with site requirements including scheduling
  • Update supplier details and maintaining records in the system
  • General administration

The Person

Minimum requirements:

  • 2 years minimum Project Administration experience
  • Analytical ability to streamline systems and processes
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to schedule and plan work
  • General accounts and billing experience
  • Certificate III Business Administration desirable not essential
