Bus Driver - The Position is a mixed role which involves bus driving and other all-rounder duties such as housekeeping, kitchen hand, mine site cleaning, baggage handling, laundry and retail and other varied duties as required.

Position Requirements

  • Australian HR open licence with F Class endorsement
  • Previous recent experience in driving passenger buses (55 & 63 seater)
  • Ability to work extended day shifts (split shifts)
  • Ability to drive safely on mine sites
  • Flexibility to work in other areas as required, (e.g., housekeeping, catering, mine site, laundry etc.)
  • Previous hospitality experience is highly regarded
  • Outstanding work ethic, ability to work unsupervised & great time management skills

We are also recruiting for a Site Administrator to work on our Talison Village in remote Western Australia. The successful candidate will be required to work on a 2 weeks on 1 week off roster, working 11 hours per shift. You must be eligible to work in Australia, are 18 years of age or over and must be available to drive in to Greenbushes or live in the area. 

To be successful in securing a position within Compass Group Operations, the following is required;

  • Proven experience in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years including flights and accommodation exposure
  • Operate VAMS/SAMS Reservation System is essential
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Advanced skills in Miscrosoft Suite; Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Cash handling, balancing and reconcile cash register is required
  • Excellent customer service skills, outstanding work ethic and ability to work unsupervised
