A bit about your new role

We currently have a vacancy for a Catering Assistant to work across our two sites, one in Bathurst and one in Blayney so you’ll have your own transport but we’ll provide parking on site and we provide your uniform!

Working Monday to Friday, your day may look like this:

Some key duties:

  • Basic food preparation including sandwich making
  • Barista/Coffee making skills
  • Cash handling & POS experience
  • Stock rotation and stock control
  • Unpacking goods and checking deliveries
  • Thorough cleaning of kitchen including dishes and floors
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required by our fantastic Chef and Management

A bit about you:

  • Commercial kitchen experience essential
  • Café/Restaurant/Retail food outlet experience preferred
  • Knowledge of OH&S guidelines
  • Ability to think on your feet & go the extra step
  • Be a great communicator
  • We’d love it if you brought knife skills!
  • Have full availability during the week – flexible shifts on offer
