Front Office Attendant – Level 3
14:14 roster | 11-hour days | Wheatstone Site
- 14:14 roster providing extended time off between swings
- Work at the Wheatstone site supporting a residential village

ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.
THE POSITION
As a Level 3 Front Office Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for residents, delivering professional and friendly service while ensuring the smooth operation of front office services on site.
- Provide a high level of customer service to on-site residents
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs and enquiries
- Use accommodation and booking systems to manage resident information
- Handle phone calls, emails and general administrative tasks
- Support the wider village team to ensure a positive resident experience
THE PERSON
To be successful in this role, you will be customer-focused, organised and comfortable working in a remote team environment.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Strong customer service skills with direct resident interaction
- Experience with accommodation systems preferred but not essential
- Experience with DaWinci systems looked on favourably but not essential
- Barista trained looked on favourably but not essential
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a team
