The Position:
We are currently seeking to recruit a talented and adaptable Administration Assistant to join our team our team in the health care sector. This full-time position will see the successful person based at our site in NSW, Long Bay Forensic Hospital (based near Malabar)

What does your day look like?
- Answering and transferring calls
- Maintaining the office, including stock lists and ordering
- Arranging meetings, booking rooms
- Assisting with roster management and payroll prcessing
- Provide day to day administration assistance
About You:
- Minimum 2 years working experience in administration
- Cert II Business or higher is highly desirable
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Catering and/or Cleaning Operations experience
