We are currently seeking a full time Administrator to join Delta FM team at the Queensland's Children Hospital. Reporting to the Facilities Administration Supervisor you will work with our committed Delta FM Maintenance Team to coordinate all operational compliance and administration functions.

The position

  • Reviewing and responding to all onsite maintenance request and assigning to an appropriate technician within a timely manner
  • Issuing site passes and ensuring induction requirements are met and recorded accordingly
  • General administration duties
  • Undertake routine reports
  • Perform other duties within his/her skills and competences as required by Supervisor or Manager

In line with the required Legislation, must undertake a Police Check, as well as evidence of Vaccine Preventable Diseases (Hepatitis B immunity - Measles, mumps, rubella - Chicken pox - Whooping cough - Tuberculosis Assessment) will be required as part of the standard recruitment and selection process for this position.
