We are currently seeking an experience Administrator to join our Delta FM Hospitals QLD team. Based at Queensland Children’s Hospital, this full time role will see you working with our committed Delta FM team assisting with all day to day administration functions of a facilities maintenance team.

  • Service Coordination
  • Intermediate Office skills
  • Highly organised
  • QFM exposure an advantage
  • Monitor and track KPI’s
  • Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice.
  • Demonstrated communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Proven capacity to multi-task
  • Other ad-hoc duties
  • Processing of invoices, quotes and purchase orders
  • Assist the Facilities Administration Supervisor in administrative tasks

The Person

  • Hospital & healthcare experience preferred but not essential
  • Be able to provide an up to date police check no older than 3 months on your commencement date 
  • Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel and Word).
  • Experience with QFM and other asset management software highly advantageous
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Administration and data entry experience
