We are currently recruiting a People Services Administrator to join our National People Services Team based in our Cannon Hill office in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Company’s contract variation process for existing employees who move internally or where amendments to the terms of employment are required
  • Provide support to the national People Services Team in relation to National People projects.
  • Support, coach and guide our Operations Site teams in the creation, submission, review and approving of requests
  • Delivery of a seamless services to our internal customers; ensuring accuracy, efficiency and on time payment of salary to our team members.

As part of the People Services Team, you will enjoy exposure to a wide variety of people related enquiries and at times we would love you to get involved in managing some of the overflow, or while others are on leave. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to develop into a HR Generalist role.

The Person:

  • Tertiary HR qualifications (or currently completing) with a strong knowledge & understanding on Employment Contracts/IR legislation
  • Ideally 1-2 years in a HR Administrator role providing a range of support over the employee lifecycle
  • Experience using an e-contracts module
  • Experience working with specialist HR teams including workplace relations, immigration and payroll
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and high level of computer literacy
  • A broad range of influencing skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
