We are currently seeking an experienced Project Administrator for work on a brand new project with an estimated start date of October 2022!

In this role, the successful candidate will closely with the Site Managers to assist in ensuring that we are providing the best possible service to our client and the residents staying at our camps. 

Responsibilities of the role include: 

  • Providing varied administrative support to the Site Manager and Area Manager.
  • Undertaking the maintenance of various site registers, completion of reporting and generating documents. 
  • Completion of travel bookings including airfares, motel bookings and undertaking effective travel scheduling. 
  • Controlling and maintaining purchase orders for project purchasing and managing all financial data. 
  • Implementing, maintaining and coordinating project compliance in accordance with all safety management systems. 
  • Some HR duties including consulting with the recruitment team and processing contractor time-sheets etc. 
  • Undertaking ordering of supplies and being able to generate purchase orders and costing documents. 
  • Being able to communicate effectively in writing and on paper with various stakeholders. 

Preferred skills and experience: 

  • At least three years in a similar role in a similar environment (mining, construction, off shore oil rig). 
  • The ability to be able to work away from home and in a remote camp on a 14/7 roster. 
  • Covid vaccination and the certificate to verify it (non-negotiable). 
  • A willingness to complete a pre-employment medical and regular drug and alcohol testing.
