The Position

Are you an experienced Recruiter looking to join a global organisation that can provide you with career development opportunities? Our National Recruitment Team is headed toward a significant growth phase supported by new technology, this is a fantastic time to join the team as they embark on this journey.

This role will give you the opportunity to manage and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process proactively sourcing candidates using various recruitment strategies, new technology and your existing networks. You will be able to ensure your candidates have an outstanding experience and your stakeholders are engaged as you support current and future resourcing activities partnering closely with our business.    

The Person

To be successful in this role we are looking for you to demonstrate:

• Experience in proactive sourcing and talent attraction within an internal or external recruitment environment
• Demonstrated experience in a fast passed and complex recruitment environment.
• Ability to meet KPIs and work to tight deadlines.  
• Clear and effective communication skills  
• Experience in using recruitment systems (Page Up experience is ideal!)
• You work well within a team and contribute to overall team strength through collaboration
• Customer focus in everything you do
• Ability to travel to remote sites and attend career expos
