The Position

We are looking for safety professionals who can work in a fast-paced team environment with responsibility for the on-site implementation of operational safety, health, environment and QA policies and systems
To fit these roles you will be able to demonstrate your understanding of implementing risk-based assessments, the importance of understanding and applying human factors principles to the management of site based teams and an ability to coach and mentor all levels of the organisation in the safety and health journey.
You will be confident in working with teams as well as individuals, be confident to lead meetings, pre-starts and safety related training and confident and respectful when working with multiple stakeholders including internal stakeholders, the client and contractors.
