We are currently seeking a professional Back of House Supervisor to join our corporate hospitality team in Pyrmont, supporting a leading global technology company. This full-time role is a fantastic opportunity to lead store and kitchen hand operations, develop your leadership skills, and grow your career within a premium corporate environment.
THE POSITION
- Manage goods receiving, stock control, and inventory accuracy, including system processing, stock rotation, and storage management

Lead, support, and coordinate a team of Kitchen Hands and Store Persons, ensuring tasks are completed safely and effectively
- Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices to ensure compliance and accurate record keeping.
- Maintain HACCP standards and food safety compliance, ensuring all goods are received, stored, and handled correctly
- Supervise staff, allocating tasks, training team members, and coordinating shift activities
- Prepare inventory and operational reports for management, assisting with rostering, scheduling, and continuous process improvement
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organised work environment, while delivering excellent customer service and supporting the broader culinary and management teams
THE PERSON
- Ability to follow direction, take initiative, and work effectively as part of a team
- Proven experience in a busy, fast-paced stores or warehouse environment, with strong attention to detail and organisation
- A positive team player who enjoys contributing to a collaborative and high-energy workplace
- Thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to continuous improvement
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices
