Whether it’s out in the field or in dining halls, we provide everything from snacks, to buffet style meals to first class dining experiences for functions. We are looking for a qualified and passionate Baker or Pastry Chef to join our dedicated and skilled team. If you have a passion for the best produce and amazing service, we would love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
- Work by yourself or with a team in the pastry area
- Assist with the monitoring of stock to facilitate production schedule
- Maintain cleanliness, tidiness and organisation in all work areas
- Assist with the training of all pastry staff in recipe procedures and SOP's.
- Assist with maintaining and improving current recipes and procedures
About You
- Relevant culinary qualifications or experience
- Experience in a large-scale production is favoured
- Ability to work fast paced and under pressure to meet production demands
- A flexible, adaptable and hands-on approach, willing to work as part of a team
