• Comply with company policies and food safety standards

The Person

• Current NSW RSA; prior bar experience is highly regarded
• Well‑organised, self‑motivated, and confident working independently
• Strong attention to detail with clear communication skills
• Positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn
• Sound understanding of hygiene and food safety practices
