The Position

We are currently seeking applications from experienced hospitality professionals to join our team as a Bar Manager at one of our largest remote sites, Telfer. The roster is 14 days on, 7 days off.

Your duties will include:

• Staff Training
• Creating staff rosters
• Stocktakes and maintaining low levels of product wastage
• Ordering stock and invoicing, stock rotation and general stock control
• Cash handling and daily counts of all POS machines, vending machines and ATM’s
• Banking
• General Administration including data entry, end of period reports and daily use of excel

The Person

• Hold a Full Manual Drivers Licence
• Has the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
• Approved Managers Licence
• Cooking experience desirable
• Relevant industry experience in a similar role
• Solid experience in managing staff
• Ability to work in a large team
• Understanding of workplace Health and Safety issues
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
• Sound computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible approach and attitude
