THE POSITION:
Utilise your solid understanding to prepare top-notch coffee and drinks with consistency and precision
Responsible for cleaning, stock control, maintenance, and daily step down of machine
Speed, efficiency and quality is vital - as is the ability to set, adjust, correct machine and grinder settings
Provide friendly, welcoming service, take orders, and ensure customer satisfaction
Basic food prep and function support when required
THE PERSON:
Must have a solid understanding of coffee, brewing methods & grind adjustments to create a variety of coffees
Have 1 year Barista experience and are comfortable at producing high-quality coffees
Strong communication skills and professional personal presentation
Strong work ethic - happy to work on your own sometimes but play a key role in the team
Have or be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance
