$26.71  per hour + 25% casual loading

Restaurant Associates are a team of world class hospitality and fine-cuisine professionals, delivering contemporary food solutions and service across leading corporations and iconic venues across Australia.

THE POSITION

• Shifts are MON/TUES/WEDS/THURS 6am-11:30am
• More hours available to the right candidate
• Working autonomously on a Barista Coffee Cart
• Approximately 1-2Kg coffee per day (by yourself)
• Responsible for cleaning, stock control, maintenance, and daily pack down of cart
• Provide friendly, welcoming service, remembering customers preferences

THE PERSON 

• Minimum 2 years’ experience high volume barista
• Ability to adjust grind and recalibrate during service if needed
• Competent milk texturing skills with various milks
• Great communication and ability to escalate problem solving to manager
• Great work ethic with flexibility towards hours
• QLD Police Check Required
• Opportunity to upskill and work in events, bartending, and waitress
• RSA desired but not essential
