The Position

We are currently looking for an experienced Barista to work at our corporate hospitality site we have a friendly and supportive team. In this role you will be making excellent quality coffee using new top of the line espresso machines for visitors and staff. You will be trained by expert Campos coffee trainers as part of your role, giving you an opportunity to really work with and learn from the best!

Key Duties;

• Making consistently excellent coffee in high quantities
• Follow Compass Group OH&S procedures
• Taking orders from customers in a friendly and engaging manner
• General café duties as required including service and cleaning up 
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times

The Person;

• Previous experience in a high volume café/barista role is essential
• Able to use own initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when required
• Great interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team
• Positive attitude and hardworking
• Able to keep cool in fast paced environment
