We are looking for a Full time Barista to join our busy team at Anglican Church Grammar School (Churchie) located in Norman park. This site offers a very friendly atmosphere and a great team spirit, with onsite parking and close links to public transport. If you are a confident Barista who loves working in a busy and fast paced environment with school holidays off - read on, this could be the perfect role for you! 

Key duties

  • Engage with your customers, taking high volume coffee orders, ensuring each user is 100% satisfied
  • Maintain coffee stocks and ensure your space is clean
  • The ability to set, adjust, correct machine and grinder settings
  • Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and daily step down of machine

The Person

  • We’re after experienced barista’s (true coffee connoisseurs) who are comfortable producing high-quality coffees, with speed! Latte art would be a bonus
  • Professional presentation – this is a front of house role, and you will be the face of the company to our users
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and reliability - happy to work on your own sometimes but play a key role in the team
  • Barista Qualifications a must!
