We are looking for energetic, skilled Baristas to join our casual team in the Sunshine Coast. If you love crafting memorable coffee moments and enjoy the buzz of a dynamic environment, this is your chance to build your roster around your life.

The Position

• Create consistently high-quality coffee with skill, passion and attention to detail
• Deliver warm and friendly customer service to students, teachers and staff
• Work confidently during busy peak periods while maintaining high service standards
• Keep your workstation clean, organised and aligned with hygiene and food safety guidelines
• Be part of a supportive team that values positive energy and teamwork

The Person

• Experienced Barista – minimum 2 years of experience, including Latte Art
Barista Certificate is an advantage, but not essential if you have strong hands-on experience
• Friendly, reliable and confident in communicating with customers
• Strong time management skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently as well as within a collaborative team
• Able to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check
