Catering Assistant
$26.71 per hour + 12% Super
- Monday- Friday daytime shifts with no late nights
- Work close to home in Kew

The Position
- Engage with your customers, taking high volume coffee orders, ensuring each user is 100% satisfied
- Operate the till to take orders and process transactions
- Maintain coffee stocks and ensure your space is clean
- Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and daily step down of machine
- Food preparation such as making salads and sandwiches and function support when required
- Collaborating effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations
- Adhering to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices.
- Flexible to handle diverse tasks, from food prep to cleaning based on the needs at that time.
The Person
- An experienced barista (true coffee connoisseurs) who is comfortable producing high-quality coffees
- Professional presentation – this is a front of house role, and you will be the face of the company to our users
- Excellent communication skills, social skills and ability to maintain casual conversation
- The ability to set, adjust, correct machine and grinder settings
- Strong work ethic and reliability - happy to work on your own sometimes but play a key role in the team
- Possesses hands on experience with POS systems
- Previous Catering Assistant experience preferred
