We currently have a full time and part time barista role at two of our prestigious corporate sites in Melbourne CBD. These roles provide Monday to Friday rosters offering perfect work life balance!

Key duties

• Utilise your solid understanding of coffee and grind adjustment to create a variety of coffees for our customers
• Engage with your customers and take coffee orders, ensuring each user is 100% satisfied
• Speed, efficiency and A+ quality is vital
• Produce a high volume of coffees, approx. 3-4kg beans per day
• Maintain coffee stocks and ensure your space is clean

The Person

• We’re after experienced barista’s (true coffee connoisseurs) who are comfortable producing high-quality coffees, with speed! Latte art would be a bonus,
• Professional presentation – this is a front of house role and you will be the face of the company to our users
• You love working in a busy and fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with superior customer service skills
• Strong work ethic - happy to work on your own sometimes but play a key role in the team
• Barista Qualifications a must!
