We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and skilled Baristas to join our casual team in Sunshine Coast CBD and surrounding areas. With a variety of shifts available, you have the flexibility to design your schedule while experiencing the best of the hospitality industry.

The Position

• Craft high-quality coffee with passion and precision, ensuring every cup delights customers
• Provide warm and engaging service to guests and clients across multiple locations
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional service standards
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, upholding hygiene and food safety standards
• Collaborate with a supportive team to create a welcoming café experience

The Person

• Experienced Barista — minimum 2 years of experience, including expertise in Latte Art
• A warm, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and the ability to multitask
• Able to work independently and as part of a fun, fast-paced team
• Able to obtain a National Police Check and Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
