The Position
We are on the lookout for a Barista/Cafe Supervisor to join our team at Airservices close to the Brisbane Airport. Leading from the front, this full time role will oversee all aspects of Front of House operations therefore you must have previous supervisory or management experience in the hospitality industry. You will be independently responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the Café on a daily basis.
The Person
- Minimum 2 years Supervisor/Management experience
- Strong proven Barista skills
- 'Point Of Sale' and cashiering experience a must
- Open and close shifts/close till functions
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to work on your own
