$30.00 per hour plus superannuation

Restaurant Associates are a team of world class hospitality and fine-cuisine professionals, delivering contemporary food solutions and service across leading corporations and iconic venues all across Australia.

We are currently looking for a vibrant, superstar Barista to join a our team on a full time basis located at the QQT building Sydney CBD. The successful candidate for this role will be experienced in consistent, high volume coffee making and the ability to work on their own and in a team.

The Position :

• Utilise your solid understanding of coffee, brewing methods and grind adjustment to create a variety of coffees
• Speed, efficiency and A+ quality is vital as is the ability to set, adjust, correct machine and grinder settings
• Maintain coffee stocks and ensure your space is clean
• Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and daily step down of machine
• Providing exceptional customer service and casual conversation to all employees on site

The person :

• You are an experienced Barista, Arbiter of taste and all round Coffee Wizard !
• You are able produce high-quality coffees, with speed!
• You are available to work 7am-3pm!
• You have great communication skills and professional personal presentation
• You hold a Barista certificate and Latte art is your forte 

** A current National Police Check, Barista qualifications will be a requirement of this role 

** Must have Full time Australian working rights
