We are seeking experienced Baristas to join our casual pool working across elite corporate venues in Sydney CBD. This role suits someone who brings technical skill, confidence and a genuine love for high quality coffee.

THE POSITION
• Provide warm and professional customer service
• Prepare high quality coffee with strong knowledge of brewing methods and grind adjustment
• Work with speed and precision while managing coffee machines and grinders
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace in busy premium settings
• Deliver efficient service with a personal and welcoming approach
• Complete daily cleaning, maintenance and machine step down procedures

THE PERSON
• Two to five years experience in premium coffee service
• Passionate about hospitality and coffee culture
• Strong presentation with excellent attention to detail
• Available to work weekdays
• Comfortable using a range of coffee machines
• Strong communication skills and professional presentation
• Holds a Barista Certificate with confident latte art skills
