The Position:
Providing exceptional customer service and casual conversation to all employees on site.
At this level you will have a solid understanding of coffee, brewing methods and grind adjustment to create a variety of coffees.
Speed, efficiency and quality is vital along with the ability to set, adjust & correct machine and grinder settings.
Prepare premium beverages with an emphasis on quality and precision.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in busy, upscale settings.
Foster a warm, inviting atmosphere, offering a personal touch to every customer whilst maintaining efficiency.
Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and daily step down of machine
The Person:
2+ Years previous experience in fine dining or premium coffee service is essential.
Passion for hospitality and a genuine love for coffee culture.
Exceptional grooming, presentation, and attention to detail.
Available on weekdays.
Tech-savvy & able to use various coffee machines.
You have great communication skills and professional personal presentation.
You hold a Barista certificate and Latte art is your forte.
