The Position

We're seeking for X2 Barista Team Lead to be based at the Melbourne Zoo, dynamic role that will work across multiple retail catering outlets.
This is fast pace, especially in school holidays and needs to be interactive with customers and catering staff.

Roster is 3 days a week from Monday to Sunday with shift times from 8am to 530pm.

The Melbourne zoo is beautiful venue in a fun outdoor environment setting with a wide range of exotic flora and fauna. There is a great team working at the zoo all with a strong commitment to the environment and nature.

The Person

• Minimum 2 years Supervisor/Management experience
• Strong proven Barista skills
• 'Point Of Sale' and cashiering experience a must
• Ability to direct the team / problem solve and deal with customer complaints
• Profit protection
• Face pace environment - clean as you go
