We are looking for a superstar Baristas to join our busy team at Flight Centre in Southbank. With a great friendly team, amazing city skyline views across Brisbane and a casual Monday to Friday roster, this role offers15 hours per week and provides the perfect work life balance !! If you are a confident Barista who loves working in a busy and fast paced environment and able to stay calm under pressure - read on, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key duties

• Engage with your customers, taking high volume coffee orders, ensuring each user is 100% satisfied
• Speed, efficiency and A+ quality is vital
• Maintain coffee stocks and ensure your space is clean
• The ability to set, adjust, correct machine and grinder settings
• Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and daily step down of machine

The Person

• We’re after experienced barista’s (true coffee connoisseurs) who are comfortable producing high-quality coffees, with speed! Latte art would be a bonus
• Professional presentation – this is a front of house role, and you will be the face of the company to our users
• Excellent communication skills and confident in working independently
• Strong work ethic - happy to work on your own sometimes but play a key role in the team
• Barista Qualifications a must!
• Excellent social skills and ability to maintain casual conversation
