The Position

We are currently searching for a professional, well-spoken and immaculately groomed Corporate Boardroom attendants to join our corporate hospitality teams based at some of Australia's leading financial institutions and Corporate offices in the city. This position will be responsible for the Executive Pantry looking after the CEO and senior executives of the bank therefore your commitment to providing first class service is paramount.

You’ll have outstanding communication skills, impeccable customer service standards and your sense of discretion and commitment to the privacy of our guests is without question.

Your day may look like this:

  • Greet guests and accompany them to their appropriate boardrooms
  • Make espresso coffees and prepare other beverages
  • Deliver food and beverage service in a professional and at times discreet manner
  • Ensure that boardrooms are set-up correctly and within a timely fashion for all meetings
  • Respond to queries promptly and efficiently
  • Show initiative to take on other duties with shifting priorities and flexibility 

A bit about you:

  • Proven first class food and beverage experience – corporate waiter/butler, first class lounge or high end hotel background desired
  • Experience from working in high end restaurants, conferencing or events environments
  • Excellent communication skills with superior customer service skills
  • Strong work ethic - willing to learn and be part of a fast paced dynamic team
  • Great energy, flexible approach and immaculate presentation
