We’re expanding nationally and inviting a passionate, customer-focused Business Development Manager to join our team in Brisbane. As Business Development Manager, reporting to a Business Development Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and retention across our Offshore and Remote sectors. You’ll:

  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pipeline management to proposal development and contract negotiation
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and influencers
  • Develop strategic proposals and collaborate with marketing to create tailored sales collateral
  • Conduct market research and co-design innovative service solutions with operations
  • Champion our safety-first culture and values

 

About You

You’re a strategic thinker, a natural connector, and a confident communicator. You bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Management, or Business
  • 3–5 years’ experience in services—ideally in Mining, Energy, or Hospitality
  • Strong influencing and presentation skills across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Proven success in consultative selling and senior-level negotiations
  • Commercial acumen and a passion for driving growth and innovation
  • Experience in delivering year-on-year revenue growth and digital solutions
