We are currently looking for a vibrant, superstar Cafe Manager to join us on a Full time basis located at the QQT building, Sydney CBD.

The position :

• Leading from the front and managing people
• Experience leading a retail cafe environment
• Experience following Health and Safety procedures
• Skilled in leading retail promotions and up-selling and managing finances 
• Skilled in leading retail promotions and up-selling

A bit about you: 

• Proven experience in a high volume retail setting OR corporate / high-end hotel / café/restaurant background desired
• Experience from working in restaurants, conferencing, café or event environments
• Strong work ethic - willing to learn and be part of a fast-paced dynamic tea
• Great energy, flexible approach and immaculate presentation
• Have a valid Police Check or willing to obtain
