Café Supervisor 

$75,000 plus superannuation

We are on the lookout for a polished and creative Café Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team at our funky and modern Employee Only Cafe inside our creative marketing client in Sydney CBD!

If you’re passionate about coffee, service, and creating great workplace vibes – this could be your next big move.

The role: 

• Oversee daily operations of the café, leading from the front

• Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with regulars

• Support and mentor café and barista staff to ensure smooth service

• Manage stock levels, deliveries, POS and daily cash handling

• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety standards

• Collaborate with chefs and the broader hospitality team to deliver fresh, innovative menus

• Bring energy, organisation and creativity to everything you do

You will bring : 

• Proven experience as a café supervisor or team leader in a fast-paced setting

• Strong barista skills and a passion for great coffee

• Natural leadership qualities and great communication skills

• A hands-on, team-first attitude – happy to jump in wherever needed

• Understanding of HACCP and food safety protocols

• Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
