We are on the lookout for a polished and creative Café Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team at our funky and modern Employee Only Cafeinside our creative marketing client in Sydney CBD!

The role:
Oversee daily operations of the café, leading from the front
Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with regulars
Support and mentor café and barista staff to ensure smooth service
Manage stock levels, deliveries, POS and daily cash handling
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety standards
Collaborate with chefs and the broader hospitality team to deliver fresh, innovative menus
Bring energy, organisation and creativity to everything you do
You will bring :
Proven experience as a café supervisor or team leader in a fast-paced setting
Strong barista skills and a passion for great coffee
Natural leadership qualities and great communication skills
A hands-on, team-first attitude – happy to jump in wherever needed
Understanding of HACCP and food safety protocols
Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
