Catering Assistant

$26.70 + Casual Loadings + Penalties

The Position

• Serving food and beverages to students and staff in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
• Provide friendly customer service and take orders
• Support the kitchen with basic prep, plating, dishwashing, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards, including correct waste disposal and allergen labelling.

The Person

• Current Working with Children Check, or the ability to obtain one
• Previous experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for hospitality
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
• Positive attitude — it truly makes all the difference!
