THE POSITION

• Support the chef with food preparation and production
• 3 weekday shifts: 2 evening (approx. 3:30pm–7:00pm) & 1 day (approx. 7:30am–1:30pm)
• Help maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment
• Operate the POS system for smooth customer transactions
• Serve food, beverages, and barista-made coffee to customers
• Deliver excellent customer service and a great dining experience
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Safety-conscious with an understanding of allergens and food safety

THE PERSON

• Passion for food and delivering top-notch customer service
• Excellent communication and a professional, polished appearance
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong work ethic, adaptable, and able to multitask
• Monday to Friday availability required morning and afternoon shifts 
• Confident in making barista style coffees
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Own reliable transport essential
