The Position
We are looking for an experienced Catering Assistant to join our team at Ford Proving Ground, 760 Sandy Creek Rd, Little River, VIC 3211.
- Food preparation such as making salads and sandwiches
- Barista/ coffee making experience
- Cash handling experience
- Maintaining the service area to high standards
- Provision of excellent customer service to internal and external clients
- Cleaning duties in kitchen and service areas
- Receive and deliver stock as well as cash handling
- Be able to work unsupervised
- Showcase excellent time management skills
The Person
- Previous Catering Assistant experience
- Basic knife skills
- Barista/coffee making skills
- Knowledge of micros POS system would be beneficial
- Be reliable, well-organised and full of passion for what you do
- Outgoing personality with great communication skills
- Great work ethic with flexibility and willingness to multi task
