THE POSITION

• Be part of a fast-paced hospital kitchen, delivering high-volume, quality meals every day.
• Take ownership of stock rotation and control to keep operations running smoothly.
• Champion food safety, hygiene and quality in everything you do.
• Pitch in with a variety of kitchen tasks under the guidance of a supportive Site Manager.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and welcoming, ensuring every meal is served with care and professionalism.

THE PERSON

• You bring hands-on catering or kitchen experience and know your way around food prep and allergen awareness.
• A great communicator who thrives in a team and can work confidently on your own.
• Holds (or willing to obtain) a National Police Check (NPC).
• Holds (or willing to obtain) a Working with Children Check (WWCC).
