THE POSITION

• Assist the chef in food preparation and production
• Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen
• Support with kitchen duties during busy periods
• Operate the POS system for smooth customer transactions
• Serve food and beverages with a friendly, professional approach
• Deliver excellent customer service and a positive dining experience

THE PERSON

• Genuine passion for food and delivering outstanding customer service 
• Strong communication skills and a well presented professional appearance
• Confident in working independently and excellent interpersonal skills 
• Previous experience in kitchen support or customer service is an advantage
• Positive work ethic - comfortable working solo and contributing to a team
