The Duties:

• Operationally manage the outlet on a day to day basis
• Work with the Operations Manager to achieve budgets and targets
• Lead and manage a small team
• Maintain all FOH/BOH equipment
• Provide a super friendly service to make sure all customers and clients remain happy

The Person:

• Be a real people person with a great welcoming personality
• Have the ability to work well in a close-knit team
• Ideally have at minimum 2 years of similar experience in a similar managerial role within a franchise/cafe environment
• RSA Qualifications are mandatory
• Knowledge of Health and Safety rules and procedures
