We are constantly looking to grow, develop and strengthen our customer offering.

The Position:

• Effectively manage the day-to-day culinary operations at this corporate site - functions and events
• Ensure contract compliance is met and understanding of the scope of work required to achieve our partnership objectives 
• Assist with front of house operations 
• Oversee production of a wide variety of culinary offerings in line with current food trends and a focus on local produce and sustainability
• Create a positive work culture, mentoring the team to deliver to the highest standards
• Ensure all catering controls are in place and wastage is kept to the minimum

The Person

• Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to deliver a high standard of customer focused service 
• Barista skills - bonus points!
• Experience with full P&L Management and Intermediate computer/Microsoft office skills 
• The ability to lead and mentor teams both back and front of house
