Our opportunity: 

As an essential services worker your role will be vital, and we’d love for you to be part of the team.  We are currently seeking a Full Time Catering Supervisor to work within our BCS Carey Gardens senior living team based in Red Hill, ACT

Key responsibilities will also include: 

  • Manage the day to day operations of the catering services including supervising staff and developing rosters
  • Assist with preparing and presenting food
  • Ensure client/customer service and satisfaction by fostering relationships with key stakeholders
  • Assist management to maintain procedures and actively engage in the site safety culture
  • Other adhoc duties within capabilities

To be successful in the role you will need: 

  • Strong understanding of hygiene, food safety and handling
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player and able to work autonomously
  • COVID-19 Vaccination + Booster
  • Influenza Vaccination (or be prepared to acquire) 
  • National Police Clearance (or be prepared to acquire)
