We currently have an opportunity for a Catering Supervisor in Melbourne's CBD. This role is based at one of Australia's hotel chains and supporting our hotel clients in the best way possible, is at the heart of everything we do. Key Duties 

• Manage the day to day operations of the catering services including supervising staff and developing rosters
• Assist with preparing and presenting food
• Ensure client/customer service and satisfaction by fostering relationships with key stakeholders
• Assist management to maintain procedures and actively engage in the site safety culture
• Other adhoc duties within capabilities
