The Position:

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated hospitality professional to join the Food Services team in the role of Casual Catering Supervisor in Sydney's CBD.

As a supervisor, you will guide and lead the team throughout their shift, with overall responsibility for staff mentoring, training and morale.

Key Duties:

• Assisting the Functions Manager with day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets.
• Maintain a constant focus on providing excellent guest experience at all times.
• Assist on induction of new team members.
• Handle any escalated guest complaints

About You:

• Have an absolute “can do” attitude. 
• You will ideally have previous experience in a similar role and are looking to work in a larger operation or a Team Leader ready for their next step.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service and products.
• Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
