The Position

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, flexible and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at Randwick Barracks.

This is a full-time position that will see you supervising a team in a busy environment.

Key Duties

• Assist the Head Chef in managing the day-to-day operations
• Lead a small team to deliver high quality, deliver exceptional customer service 
• Being Hands-On and ready to support and guide the Team when needed
• Manage functions for various occasions
• Ensure all Company policies and procedures are applied
• Establish, maintain and monitor quality customer service practices
• Organise rosters as per requirements
• Stocktaking and Ordering – My Orders

The Person

• Must have management/supervisory experience in the hospitality industry
• Management experience, including rostering, budgets and business management 
• Certificate III qualifications or higher
• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• A passion for food with the ability to motivate and promote team members to achieve exceptional customer service 
• Strong communication skills as you will be in daily contact with Clients, Customers and Staff 
• Exceptional personal presentation
• Strong Occupational Health and Safety focus
• Possess a positive "can do" attitude 
• Must have drivers’ licence and transport
