The Position
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, flexible and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at RandwickBarracks.
This is a full-time position that will see you supervising a team in a busy environment.
Key Duties
Assist the Head Chef in managing the day-to-day operations
Lead a small team to deliver high quality, deliver exceptional customer service
Being Hands-On and ready to support and guide the Team when needed
Manage functions for various occasions
Ensure all Company policies and procedures are applied
Establish, maintain and monitor quality customer service practices
Organise rosters as per requirements
Stocktaking and Ordering – My Orders
The Person
Must have management/supervisory experience in the hospitality industry
Management experience, including rostering, budgets and business management
Certificate III qualifications or higher
Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
A passion for food with the ability to motivate and promote team members to achieve exceptional customer service
Strong communication skills as you will be in daily contact with Clients, Customers and Staff
Exceptional personal presentation
Strong Occupational Health and Safety focus
Possess a positive "can do" attitude
Must have drivers’ licence and transport
