The Role:

Working alongside a close and ambitious team, you will be working to a structured roster that will see you:

  • Contribute to menu ideas that explore fresh and locally inspired ingredients
  • Collaborate with the wider team to create weekly, monthly and seasonal specials
  • Play a part in monitoring allergen and dietary awareness
  • Be a ‘safety first’ champion, ensuring that you and your team always return home in better shape than when you started your shift!

About You:

For us, attitude and passion for the culinary arts are the best credentials! However, we would like you to:

  • Have a trade qualification, either Cert 3 or 4 in Commercial Cooking
  • Bulk cooking experience, either within a hotel or a high-end café
  • A desire to be up to date with modern cooking techniques
  • A passion to drive healthy and nutritious menu options
