We are seeking a passionate and motivated Apprentice Chef to join our kitchen team in the heart of Brisbane CBD. This is a full-time opportunity ideal for someone eager to learn the art of commercial cookery while gaining practical, real-world experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

About the Role

• Full-time position – 5 days per week (including one paid study day)

• 4 days working in a professional kitchen alongside experienced chefs

• 1 day per week on campus studying towards your Certificate III in Commercial Cookery at Queensland TAFE

• rotating across 5 sites that conveniently located in and around to Brisbane’s CBD, close to public transport

• Supportive and inclusive team culture

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for food and a desire to build a career in hospitality

• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic

• Ability to work well in a team and take direction

• No previous kitchen experience required, but hospitality exposure is a plus

• Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance

     * Please note due to Australian Government requirements for Apprenticeship study, applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanant Resident or a New Zealand passport holder. Unfortunately, this is non-negotiable regardless of Visa work rights.
